It is an extremely dense grained hardwood with a high natural oil content that continually preserves the wood so it can be left outdoors for decades.
This Deep Seating Teak Loveseat is the perfect addition for your backyard or patio. Constructed from kiln dried first grade plantation grown teakwood, it is assembled using the traditional method of mortise and tenon joinery with teakwood dowels. Fittings are marine grade brass or stainless steel. Dimensions are 52"W x 27"D x 32"H.
Your teak loveseat will arrive a honey blonde color and after one or two seasons outdoors it will turn soft, silver gray. And it stays like that, forever, without ever warping, twisting, rotting or splintering. Knot free, beautifully grained, smooth to the touch, pleasing to the eye and quality crafted from the inside out, your loveseat will never need replacing. When untreated teak furniture is used indoors, the wood grain evens in tone, becoming a very rich golden brown color.
The cushions are made with Sunbrella® all weather acrylic fabric and piped with matching braided cord. Sunbrella® is fade-proof, stain-resistant, water-repellent, mildew-resistant and worry-free. The cushions are 27" wide and 8" thick. Outdoor fabrics for your cushions (back & seat) are available in the following colors:
