It is an extremely dense grained hardwood with a high natural oil content that continually preserves the wood so it can be left outdoors for decades. When untreated teak furniture is used indoors, the wood grain evens in tone, becoming a very rich golden brown color.
Constructed from kiln dried first grade plantation grown teakwood, the 2-Seater Marlboro Bench is assembled using the traditional method of mortise and tenon joinery with teakwood dowels. Fittings are marine grade brass or stainless steel. No assembly is required and dimensions are 66"W x 25"D x 41"H. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
The Marlboro Bench will arrive a honey blonde color and after one or two seasons outdoors it will turn soft, silver gray. And it stays like that, forever, without ever warping, twisting, rotting or splintering.
